Join CASA for a restorative evening combining yoga, meditation and intention setting to create space in the day, relax our minds and bodies and bring relaxation and intention to the week ahead.
This 90 minute event is designed to start with a flow to get us moving, and then use that shifted energy to sit down together, enjoy some delicious healthy vegan drinks, and take a moment to set intentions for the week ahead.
CASA is a space to practice yoga with like minded people, with a section afterwards to capture that energy to be clearer about how we want to live our lives. This session is ideal for anyone looking to take some time to themselves to reset amidst the stressors of city life and are curious about how to live better.

6:30 - 7:15pm: Vinyasa Flow class to gently get our bodies moving and quiet our minds
7:15 - 8pm: Meditation, intention setting and an exercise on how to use visualisation for a creating a better life to set us up for the week

You will never be expected to share anything; share at your own pace, or come to listen. All abilities and flexibilities are welcome for the yoga class. All bodies welcome. Please feel free to bring your own pen and notepad.
Your hosts: Georgia & Gabi set up CASA after they completed their yoga teacher training, with the aim to create a joyful space to support and encourage one another to build a purposeful life filled with self-acceptance, kindness and power. Georgia is a certified yoga teacher, podcaster and brand marketer, and Gabi is a contemporary dancer, teacher and yoga instructor.
