Tailored around four specific intentions Soothe, Ground, Release, or a specialised ritual to cleanse and stimulate the Third-eye—Olivia Crighton prepares the skin before embarking on a deeply anointing and restorative facial massage, extending care to the neck, scalp, and your choice of feet or hands.

Every phase of this crystal-infused ritual is bespoke and adapted to your skin's needs on the day:

1. Aromatherapy & Grounding Alignment: Cleansing and purifying oil cleanse enhanced with hemp, arnica, and Douglas fir to gently refresh and clarify the skin while opening the senses.

2. Exfoliation & Mineral Polish: A gentle exfoliating blend of mineral extracts from land and sea to brighten and polish skin texture.

3. Prescriptive Herbal & Clay Mask: A nourishing or detoxifying mask layered with energising plant infusions to tonify and rebalance the skin.

4. Anointing Facial Massage: A deeply restorative facial, neck, and scalp massage using natural minerals and plant botanicals (such as organic evening primrose, arnica, and sage) to ease muscular tension and soothe the nervous system.

5. Hand or Foot Reflex Care: Integrated massage work dedicated to your hands or feet. (Our 75-minute option includes an extended optional grounding foot soak and circulation massage).
