Harnessing nature's purest medicines, lead practitioner Olivia Crighton intuits a prescriptive selection of organic skincare and plant 'actives'—utilising clean pioneers such as Rowse, Palm of Feronia, and Evolve—to cleanse, clarify, and tonify. This skin and body ritual is tailored dynamically to your skin condition, emotional state, and subtle energy pathways on the day of your visit.

• 60 Minutes: A full bespoke holistic facial focusing on organic skincare, 20-minute lymphatic massage, and energy balancing.

• 90 Minutes: An extended immersion, allowing additional time for a deep-dive ritual, extended massage, allowing comprehensive energy realignment and nervous system reset.

Every phase of this facial is custom-blended and adapted to meet your skin's immediate needs. Opening  with a welcome grounding ritual using sound immersion and bespoke aromatherapy to quieten the nervous system.

Treatment Journey example

Bespoke Double Cleanse: Gentle, plant-based oil and balm cleansers remove environmental impurities and surface buildup while protecting the skin’s acid mantle.

Custom Exfoliation & Botanical Toners: A gentle manual or enzymatic botanical exfoliation to clear dead skin cells, followed by a misting of nutrient-dense herbal hydrosols to hydrate and balance pH.

Prescriptive Treatment Mask: A custom-blended organic mask infused with active botanicals, clays, or cold-pressed plant lipids tailored to your skin’s hydration and barrier requirements.

Hand or foot Massage and Subtle Energy realignment: Whilst the bespoke mask penetrates the skin's biome and dermal layers, Olivia will ground and restore the body. This may include the use of crystals, scent, touch and sound. 

Extensive Somatic Massage (20+ Minutes): A deep, lifting, and sculpting lymphatic massage covering the face, chest, neck, shoulders, and scalp using rich botanical oils. This phase releases chronic muscular tension, drains fluid stagnation, and boosts collagen synthesis.
