Directions

For the body, apply to damp skin and massage in circular upward motions for one to two minutes, focusing on areas prone to dryness such as elbows, knees and feet. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Use every ten to fifteen days to maintain smoothness and prevent flakiness.

For the scalp, apply to damp hair and massage gently for one to two minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Follow with shampoo to remove any remaining exfoliant. Using it in the shower allows steam to soften the skin and enhance the cleansing effect.
