The Glasshouse Dry Body Brush is made using traditional methods with high quality thermo ash wood and wild boar bristles. Perfect for dry body brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system and gently exfoliate dead skin cells for smoother, healthy looking skin. The Brush is made with a long handle to access all areas of the body, especially the back.

Prioritising the use of natural materials and traditional craftsmanship, Glasshouse Brushes are produced by a German-based manufacturer who have specialised in making wooden brushes for over 140 years. They are one of the leading manufacturers of fine brushes and have been operating in the historic Black Forest since 1869.

They are an FSC certified firm with strong environmental principles. Excess wood shavings from each brush are used to heat the production premises and for the wood-drying process. They pride themselves on supporting the environmentally friendly, socially responsible and economically viable use of the world’s forests.

Founded in 2013 by New Zealander Olivia Crighton, Glasshouse was born from a belief in the superiority of natural ingredients, with consideration for the environment. The brand includes Glasshouse Salon in East London, Glasshouse Shop, an online destination for wellbeing, lifestyle and beauty products and Glasshouse Journal.

Combining sustainability with design, this ethos is carried over to the growing range of Glasshouse products that are each made with expert care and craft.

Using circular motions, work the brush from the bottom of the body towards the heart starting with the feet or hands. Brush for around 3-5 minutes before showering and finish with a nourishing body oil.
