In TCM, it is the element of Winter, governed by the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder. It is the guardian of our "Jing" (vital essence), helping us adapt to change with grace and resilience.

The First Burn: Always allow your candle to burn until the wax has melted all the way to the edge of the glass (approx. 2-3 hours). This prevents "tunneling" and ensures an even burn.

Maintenance: Trim the wick to about 5mm before every light to ensure a clean, smoke-free burn.

Vessel Life: Once finished, the glass vessel and wood lid can be cleaned and repurposed as a storage jar for your wellness essentials.
