Our scrunchies are thoughtfully handmade with care and intention, crafted from natural linen and cotton fabrics lovingly rescued as deadstock or surplus. Each piece is unique — slight variations in colour, texture and weave are a part of their charm.

Bug Clothing was founded by designer and maker Amy Ward, who believes in “quality and ethics over quantity”. As part of this ethos, every scrap of fabric is carefully considered — smaller off-cuts are transformed into accessories like these scrunchies, minimising waste and honouring the material.
