Through mindful practices including meditation, massage and movement, we’ll cultivate inner light and move forward with clarity and purpose.

We begin with a herbal tea ceremony, sipping our signature Glasshouse blend whilst taking a moment to set our intentions. We will then embark on a guided meditation led by Taylor, focusing on the seasonal shift and how to use this new energy to lay down our roots, taking a moment of pause and reflection to maximise our inner potential. We will then transition into a self-massage facial led by Hana, using a bespoke oil blend suitable for all skin types, focused on learning techniques to naturally tone and lift contours of the face whilst activating inner lymphatic detoxification. Hana will guide us through a series of gentle techniques to promote circulation and radiance, before offering personalised guidance on your specific areas of focus. To finish, Taylor will lead us though a grounding Yin yoga flow and breathwork to reconnect with mind and body.
Leave the session feeling calm, relaxed and connected, with a sense of clarity, community and self love; armed with a collection of soothing massage movements you can easily incorporate into your every day skincare ritual.

Your hosts: Hana Lewin is our in-house holistic massage therapist with an integrative approach to wellness and a belief that true radiance and balance comes from within. With a master's degree in the Anthropology of Health from Copenhagen, Hana blends her knowledge of ancient healing practices with her extensive training in various massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Facial Massage and Advanced Holistic Facials. Hana works with the body’s internal systems to promote a natural, lasting glow, creating a deeply nourishing experience that leaves you feeling relaxed and truly cared for.
Taylor Jay is a Pilates and Yoga instructor who believes movement should be a celebration—infused with joy, play, and purpose. Her classes explore how intentional movement becomes a bridge between the mind, body and soul, unlocking strength, presence, and transformation. Through breathwork and mindful motion, Taylor empowers others to move with awareness, cultivating a sense of balance, energy, and confidence that extends far beyond the mat.
