We’re having a summer of shooting at Glasshouse and have pulled another editorial out of our sleeve for you to feast your eyes on. Shot by Agata Wolanska and with a set once again designed by creative whizz Amelia Martyn, this image series is a colour popping combo of yellow gold, red, mustard and powdery lilac. Wet look hair is slicked back and makeup is kept simple with a slick of eye colour and smudged lips. Makeup artist extraordinaire Khandiz Joni shares her methods below, along with some tricks of the trade…

“I use a lot of mineral pigments mixed in with RMS Beauty Lip & Skin Balm. Here I’ve used a yellow mineral pigment on the eyes, along with Ilia Beauty Lip Gloss in Peek a Boo”.

“Don’t be afraid to play with colour, and use different products in ways you wouldn’t usually. I often use lipstick for cheek stain and eye gloss and layer that with lip glosses to build dimension”. Beauty look: same as above.
