Our therapy room is a dedicated space for beauty and wellbeing, a natural extension of Glasshouse founder Olivia's own pursuit of health and wellness. Having experienced a range of differing modalities and treatments over the years, she wanted to incorporate a bespoke approach to services with the help of experts in the fields of wellness and spirituality. 

She has worked with Emily Jane, founder of Emily Jane Healing Energetics, who has hand blended gem based mood elixirs to be sipped in water to raise and restore vibrational frequency pre-treatment. We encourage clients to intuitively select which they feel drawn to - this may be one or a combination - to get you in touch with your intuition and bring you into a state of balance and centring.

"Olivia approached me to ask if I was interested in creating a set of special elixirs to be given to clients ahead of having a beauty or wellbeing treatment. I felt that an ascending series of moods felt perfect. Each mood blend has its own unique vibrational frequency, which corresponds with the work of Dr David Hawkins’ book Power v Force. Anything with a frequency of 500 or above, is only positive and thus raises the vibrational frequency of the person receiving – in this case – drops in a little water, of their chosen mood elixir," says Emily. "The High Vibrational Essences for each mood have been created with the intuitive help of Sadie, Olivia’s daughter, who chose what needed to go into each mood elixir"

Mood Elixirs

Balance has been energised at the vibrational frequency of 500, which is “Love”.  Just taking one or two drops in a little water is designed to instantly bring balance to all parts of you: mentally, physically and emotionally. Sip slowly, holding it in your mouth for a few seconds, before gently swallowing and feeling the power of the combined ingredients work their magic;

Green Ocean Jasper is associated with the Heart and is very soothing and protective, helping with self love as well as balancing your emotions, bringing peace of mind. The circular patterns help us realise we are all interconnected and that all of nature is a cyclical pattern. 
Dandelion Root is abundant during the spring season and a great general support to cleansing and detoxification.
Wild Violet is a wonderful way to get your body ready for a healthy and energetic spring as it supports the immune system, and is both soothing and cooling which helps to reduce inflammation.
Magnesite is calming, supporting us to feel centred, helping to recognise unconscious thoughts and feelings to induce a positive attitude to life.  
Snowflake Obsidian links with the Sacral Chakra (lower abdomen, the seat of our creativity, sensuality and sexuality). It brings peace and calm to the body and mind, allowing you to attain inner centring and balance, clearing the mind of extraneous thoughts and replacing with deep calm.
Sodalite brings peace, calm and clarity to the mind and encourages heart-centred thoughts and actions. It also improves contact and communication with others and oneself.

Calm has been energised to the vibrational frequency of 560, which is a higher form of love.  It is designed to bring a sense of calmness to your mind, body and emotions, as you gently sip the prepared elixir in a little water before your treatment. Shut your eyes and hold a small amount in your mouth, before gently swallowing, imagining and feeling all parts of you suddenly relaxing and coming into a state of calm, created by the combined ingredients;

Lavender Amethyst is particularly high in vibration, calming the throat and heart chakras bringing a deep sense of peace, tranquillity and healing.
Mother of Pearl has a gentle nurturing energy, imparting love from the deep oceans of the sea.  It is a stress-relieving stone; relaxing, soothing and calming the emotions. It also stimulates your intuition, imagination, sensitivity and adaptability. 
Ruby is associated with the heart and is a great stone for bringing energy and vigour into the body and mind.  It is excellent for stimulating the heart chakra, encouraging us to come into a state of bliss.
Sodalite brings peace, calm and clarity to the mind and encourages heart-centred thoughts and actions. It also improves contact and communication with others and oneself.
Imperial Golden Topaz No.1 (there are 4) strengths lie in not only recharging you spiritually and physically but also in attuning you to the highest forces in the universe.

Joy has been energised to the vibrational frequency of 670, which is designed to dispel all dark corners in your body, mind and spirit, dispelling any negative emotions and patterns, bringing in a sense of deep love for yourself, and creating a full sense of Joyousness. Take a small amount of your prepared elixir in water, just hold it in your mouth for a few seconds, before gently swallowing, imagining that all parts of your body, mind and emotions are instantly filled with pure joy, a total uplifting of your mood, and a dispelling of anything negative. Golden Healer Quartz Cluster aligns chakras and magnifies the flow of energy through the body, helping to activate energy centres and improve your ability to manifest what you're seeking.
