Who we are:

Glasshouse Salon is London’s leading destination for sustainable hair, beauty and wellbeing based in London Fields, Hackney. We specialise in modern, uncomplicated cuts and colour using only natural and organically-based products, minimising the use of harsh chemicals. We bring together experts in the fields of hair, beauty and spirituality that work to nourish and support the mind and body as one. As a sustainably-minded salon, all of our therapies and services have been developed with care and craft, and the combination of our technical skills and the naturally enriching products we use ensure emphasis on the long-term condition of your hair and skin.

We are situated in the creative community of Hackney, having made a name for ourselves as a leading figure in the green beauty industry. The salon is the brainchild of Olivia Crighton, a hair stylist and colour expert originally from New Zealand, who has worked with i-D, Tank, Vogue and many others. We pride ourselves on operating using the most sustainable methods possible, and offering our clients a unique experience in an un-intimidating environment.

We are also a dedicated retail destination for natural and organic beauty, stocking a range of clean, gentle and highly effective beauty, wellbeing and lifestyle brands that prioritise gentle, nourishing and natural ingredients and avoid any harsh or damaging chemical additives.
