These little balls of goodness are great for wrapping up in parchment or tossing into tupperware and taking out with you for a healthy and energising boost. Energy balls are also a great way to use up leftover ingredients, so feel free to modify the type of fruit and nuts used according to what you already have stocked up!
1 cup walnuts
1 cup dates
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup fresh berries
1/8 cup orange zest
Optional: freeze dried passionfruit to garnish
- blend all ingredients excluding passionfruit garnish until crumbly in texture but still able to hold together
- roll into balls and place in the fridge to set
- dust with freeze dried passionfruit powder and serve!
