With Autumn now just around the corner we’ve turned to more comforting ingredients.

Try ditching the chocolate and opt for this thick and creamy pudding. A little richness from cacao and raw honey (or agave) and an avocado base, our smoothie is full of good fats, fibre and super-foods! Designed to keep you going, a filling lift without the junk! So what’s not to love?

½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana, chopped before freezing
½ a ripe avocado
3 medjool dates
2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon raw honey
