It’s been a whole twelve months since we started our smoothie series, and for our final recipe we have a delicious seasonal rhubarb and strawberry blend.
With all the flavours of a classic fruit crumble, we love the super sweet strawberry offset with tangy rhubarb and ginger.
Not just a pretty face, this pink drink contains vitamin C, calcium and fibre courtesy of the rhubarb plus antioxidant qualities within pomegranate.

1½ cup strawberry, frozen or fresh, cut up
1½ cup rhubarb, frozen or fresh, cut up
1 inch ginger, sliced
1½ tablespoons honey (orange blossom honey is perfect for this recipe!)
1½ cup milk of your choice
⅔ cup acai or pomegranate juice
Blend, pour and enjoy.
