12 months of smoothies: December

Our final smoothie of the year combines our old favourites banana and almond milk with some warming winter spices. Super easy and luxurious, it’s great for pre-making and taking with you on the go, as it’s just as enjoyable room temperature as it is straight from the fridge.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana, (chop prior to freezing) 1 cup almond milk 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Simply blend, pour and enjoy!
