With Easter Weekend coming up, we know we’ll be doing some serious chocolate indulging over the next few days. So to prepare, we’re attempting a super health kick for the beginning of the week, starting with our latest smoothie.
A green dream, it contains leafy greens and superfood chia seeds, along with old classics banana and blueberry. Rich in antioxidants, fibre and protein, it’s bound to keep you going all throughout the long weekend.
1 ripe banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of kale
1/3 of a cup of coconut water
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Optional: 2 medjool dates (to sweeten)
