Aile holistic is the co-creation of two friends and aromatherapists, Abi & Gill, a collection of handcrafted skin and body products blended in small batches in Scotland using meticulously sourced, 100% natural ingredients. Treating the body and mind together holistically, all of their signature blends have a synergistic combination of ingredients to interact with the body's own chemistry and alter the physical, mental and emotional state. Free from synthetic substances, parabens and petroleum, never tested on animals.

Apply to the temples, wrists and behind the ear lobes or rub it into the soles of the feet.  The 4-7-8 breathing sequence helps to quieten an overthinking mind and calm our central nervous system. Inhale through your nose to a mental count of four, hold your breath for a count of seven then exhale completely through your mouth, making a 'whoosh' sound to a count of eight.
