Grace & Green’s Applicator Tampons are made from 100% certified organic cotton and are free from fragrances, pesticides, chemicals and bleach. Free from chemical processing these cardboard applicators are compostable and designed with a rounded tip for comfortable insertion. 

Choose Regular to absorb 1.5 to 2.25 teaspoons of menstrual fluid.

If you find you are having to change your tampon more frequently than every 4-6 hours consider choosing a higher absorbency. 

If your tampon remains relatively dry after 4-6 hours consider choosing a lower absorbency.
