There’s nothing like an icy cold fruit smoothie to get you day dreaming of the tropics so Glasshouse Salon has put together a new series of delicious drink recipes to get you doing just that!

First drink on the menu is one of our very favourite velvety concoctions; an indulgently creamy and irresistibly summery mango, passion fruit and coconut concoction.

Loaded with health benefits, this smoothie will have you feeling and looking amazing! Coconuts are highly nutritious and rich in fibre and B vitamins, and are also a great source of magnesium and potassium, which all contribute to great skin and healthy bones and teeth. Mango contains antioxidants and vitamin A to strengthen your immune system and prevent disease.

So what are you waiting for? Simply whack the following ingredients in a blender and away you go!

You will need:
1 cup coconut milk
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt, such as Coyo
1 banana
¾ cup frozen mango
Seeds of 1 passion fruit
