Apply a small amount to either the lips or cheeks (or both) and blend out with your finger tips or a soft blusher brush on the cheeks. Apply to the apples of your cheeks and blend upwards and outwards towards for a natural flush of colour. For a bolder pop of colour, apply a second layer of colour and blend. For a soft matte lip press a small amount of colour into your lips and blend ever so slightly for a blurred lip stain. Colour can also be applied with a lip brush for a more defined lip stain.
