During the session, healer Tor Njamo will hold space for you and guide you through a series of reflective exercises to connect inwards including breathwork, gentle somatic movements, visualisation, energy healing, journal prompts, drawing and the Tarot to channel your inner vision into tangible reality. The aim of this workshop is to bring forward your embodied spirituality to empower you to move forward and take action from your highest self in 2024.

Tor will open the session by sharing a collective vision for 2024 using the Tarot. He will then explore techniques and guided visual meditation to authentically connect you to your mind, body and spirit, helping you to discover your most authentic vision and gain clarity on your intentions for the year. You will be provided with a journal to use within the session and take home to continue your reflective practice.
